  1. Age & License Requirements

    1. Riders must be at least 16 years old to operate an ATV.

    2. A valid driver’s license is required for all drivers.

    3. Participant under 18 year old on date must have a parent or guardian sign a “ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ASSUMPTION OF RISKS AND RESPONSIBILITY, AGREEMENT TO PAY REPAIR COSTS, RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION”.

  2. Safety Gear

    1. Helmets must be worn at all times (provided by the ATV@TJV).

    2. Closed-toe shoes (no sandals/flip-flops/Slippers/high heels for women).

    3. Long pants and sleeves are strongly recommended.

    4. Gloves and goggles are recommended for added protection.

  3. Before Riding

    1. All participants must attend a mandatory safety briefing.

    2. Riders must complete a liability waiver at the Registration Counter before safety briefing.

    3. No alcohol or drugs before or during the ride.

  4. During the Ride

    1. Follow the guide’s instructions from the ATV Operator at all times.

    2. Maintain a safe distance from other ATVs.

    3. Stay on designated trails—no off-route driving.

    4. No reckless driving (speeding, wheelies, speeding, or sharp turns).

    5. No passengers unless the ATV is specifically designed for two riders.

  5. Prohibited Actions

    1. No smoking near ATVs or fuel stations.

    2. No littering—keep the park clean.

    3. No wildlife chasing—respect the environment.

  6. Health & Fitness

    1. Riders should be in good physical condition. Not recommended for pregnant women or 
people with heart/back problems.


  7. Cancellation & Weather Policy

    1. No Cancellations can be made after booking. Only reschedule can be made after booking

    2. No-show after booking will result in forfeiture of payment. No refund will be provided

    3. Rides may be rescheduled or canceled due to extreme weather (heavy rain, storms).

  8. Damage & Liability

    1. Riders are financially responsible for any damage caused by negligence.

    2. The park is not liable for lost or stolen items.

  9. Environmental Responsibility

    1. Stay on marked trails to avoid harming wildlife and vegetation.

    2. Do not disturb animals or plants.

  10. Booking & Reservation

    1. All ATV booking must be made in our official website www.tanjungjagavalley.my only

    2. Please book at least one week in advance, especially during weekends and public holidays.

    3. Once booking is confirmed, we will sent booking information via Whatsapp & email.

    4. Be punctual for the ride. Turn up at least half an hour earlier for safety briefing and training.

    5. Please make full payment before riding at the registration counter.

    6. Website Payment terms: Credit Card, Debit Card, Duitnow , T&G and Bank transfer (FPX)

  11. What To Bring ( Optional )

    1. If you would like to take a dip in the Sungai Singkir Genting (If Booked the Package), a new set of clothing and towel is highly recommended. Toilets with shower facilities available at the base.

    2. Insect repellent, sun block, camera, light snack & water
